Company Policies & Tuitions 2025-2026

The Music Heaven adheres to the following company policies:

Monthly Tuition is $200.00 per month per student for (4) 30-minute sessions, 1 per week.  No lessons in a month that contains 5 weeks. Your first lesson with The Music Heaven is FREE!

Lessons are available via Zoom or in the studio.

There are three ways to pay tuition:

  1. Quick Pay with Zelle (408) 472-4244 is the number used to pay.
  2. Mail a check to: Music Heaven (MUST arrive before the 5th of the month).
  3. Cash is due on the first lesson of the month.
  4. Tuition paid after the 6th will be considered late and subject to a $20.00 late fee.
  5. Please note that months that have 5 weeks we do not teach.

Collecting tuition in a timely fashion is important to a small business, so your cooperation in paying your tuition on time is greatly appreciated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. A 24-hour notice is required via text or email to receive a makeup lesson.
  2. Last-minute cancellations forfeit that lesson.
  3. If you are owed a makeup lesson, please arrange it with your teacher.

OUR ANNUAL TALENT SHOWCASE

Typically, the talent showcase is scheduled in the fall.  Ask your instructor for more details.
